Rental Agreement

Terms and Conditions of hiring equipment from Go Mobility Limited (Trading As Mobility Hire).
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a legal document.

Definitions:

Customer – The person who is making the booking online or by phone.
Company – Go Mobility Limited t/a Mobility Hire.
Product – The product or associated accessories that are being rented from Go Mobility Limited t/a Mobility Hire.

Responsibilities of the Customer:
1.The Customer has to ensure that the rental products’ maximum load weight will not be exceeded whatsoever.
2.Any defects on arrival or during rental are to immediately reported to the Company. The product is NOT TO BE USED in that case.
3.The product is to be used in a correct fashion in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications without causing risk to others or the Customer.
4.For orders that are used with a courier service, the Customer must ensure the Product is packaged back into the original packaging for returning at the latest on the day of collection.
5. If the Customer has collected the Product from us, they must return on or before the end date.
6.The Customer is fully responsible for all damage costs that arise during the rental of the Product. Parts are covered at cost price plus €50 labour.
7. Where fitted, seat belt or safety features must be used and not overriden in any way. The Customer is to adhere to all Product safety instructions.
8. For a Product rental that exceeds the return deadline or cannot be collection due to the Customers’ own fault, there will be a minimum €10 a day charge for Wheelchairs, Knee Walkers, Ramps and Walking Aids. For anything else, we will charge €30 per day.
9.The Company will not and do not accept any responsibility or liability of the use of a defective or damaged Product, That may or have caused damage, death or injuries to persons or property.
